SERVICES I OFFER

I take great pride in working thoughtfully to create a welcoming, safe space for each and every client who steps into my office. As I truly believe that each person requires and deserves a well-considered, customized approach to enhance their therapeutic experience, I draw from a variety of techniques and theoretical approaches based on the individual and their presenting issues. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences, I work diligently to gently guide my clients to deeper levels of emotional understanding and comfort.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults involving a variety of approaches tailored to the need of the client. From play therapy with younger children, to relational work with adolescents, to psychodynamic therapy with adults, I create a comfortable, safe environment in order for us to do valuable work together.

PARENT GUIDANCE AND FAMILY THERAPY

Having worked clinically with children and families for several years, I additionally offer parent guidance and family therapy. Through approaches such as collaborative problem solving, I can offer a helpful perspective when parenting or family circumstances seem "stuck".

PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTATION

If you are seeking guidance for the best course of action to address the issues you are facing, I offer briefer consultations to discuss therapeutic options and to offer recommendations based on a limited number of evaluation sessions.
